Listed practices quote ILIT as a single price for the full course rather than per visit. As of October 2026 those prices run from about $2,400 to $3,300, with most clustering around $3,000.
What the price covers
Usually the allergen extract, the individual treatment vials, three ultrasound-guided injections and the observation time after each. The consultation and any allergy testing are often billed separately, and may be covered by insurance even when the course itself is not.
Insurance, HSA and FSA
ILIT is off-label in the United States, so most plans do not cover the course. Practices generally treat it as self-pay, and HSA and FSA funds can be used. Ask the practice for a written quote before you start; the listing page shows what each one has told us.
How that compares
Conventional allergy shots are mostly covered, but run three to five years of visits with copays and time off work. Sublingual tablets are a daily cost for years. ILIT is a larger amount paid once over about two months.
